The fine print, plainly
Your window starts when you upload your thesis, not when you pay — buy as early as you like. From there your prep pack and remaining mocks stay live for the window shown, and everything auto-deletes 30 days after it ends. Free previews auto-delete 90 days after upload. Print your cheat sheet before then — it outlives the window.
Paying does not start anything. Your prep pack is generated only when you press the button that starts it — until then, email us and we will refund you in full, no reason needed. Once it has run the purchase is final, which is why the free preview exists: try it before you pay. Separately, a mock session that fails early for technical reasons returns its credit automatically.
We'll tell you at upload and point you to the tier that fits — you only pay for what your thesis needs.
Yes — 3,000 words. Below that there isn't enough thesis to build a question bank and a thesis map from, so we'd rather decline the upload than hand you a pack padded out of a few pages.
